Mumbai, Sep 10 (IANS) Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan Wednesday evening apologised on behalf of his entire family for the controversy after his wife Jaya Bachchan's alleged anti-Marathi remarks.
Expressing 'pain and regrets' at events of the past four days, Bachchan termed Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray - who had criticised Jaya Bachchan and sought apology - as his 'brother'.
He was interacting with mediapersons after his return from London Tuesday midnight following a shooting stint abroad.
